Faith in Action/Avalon Housing Meeting on Proposed Dan Hoey Housing Development

July 16, 2019 5:00 pm

The public is invited to attend a community open house about Hilltop View Apartments, the proposed Faith in Action/Avalon Housing affordable housing and permanent Faith in Action food pantry development on Dan Hoey Road in Dexter.  The open house will be held on Tuesday July 16 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Dexter Senior Center at 7720 Ann Arbor Street, Dexter.

Staff from Faith in Action and Avalon will be located at various information stations in the Senior Center.  Residents can drop in to learn about the proposed project and have their specific questions answered.

Faith in Action, a non-profit service provider, and Avalon Housing, a non-profit housing provider, are working in conjunction with other area partners to address urgent housing needs in the Dexter community.

Faith in Action, the leading social service agency in Dexter, provides support services to residents. Like Avalon, Faith in Action is a member agency of the Washtenaw Housing Alliance, which has played an active role in Washtenaw County’s Plan to End Homelessness.
