Public Hearing - Planning Commission

 Pursuant to Michigan Public Act 110 of 2006 (the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), as amended notice is hereby given that the City of Dexter Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2017, for the purpose of considering a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Petition and Area Plan. The public hearing will be held at the Dexter Senior Center, 7720 Ann Arbor Street, Dexter, Michigan.

The PUD Petition and Area Plan was submitted by Guenther Building Company and Mill Creek Terrace, LLC, for a Mixed Use Residential Development, at property located at 150 Jeffords Street. The subject site is zoned CBD, Central Business District.  Any land use or mix of land uses authorized in the City of Dexter Zoning Ordinance may be considered for a PUD District.

Interested parties are welcome to attend the public hearing and present their comments.  Written comments regarding the proposal should be submitted to the Office of Community Development at the address listed above or via email to and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 24, 2017.
