CITY OF DEXTER
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A
SPECIAL LAND USE APPLICATION
Pursuant to Michigan Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended (the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), notice is hereby given that the City of Dexter Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 6, 2018, for the purpose of considering a special land use application. The public hearing will be held at the Dexter Senior Center, 7720 Ann Arbor Street, Dexter, Michigan.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a special land use application submitted by, Dr. Anna Calderon, BVM&S MRCVS and Dr. Jennifer Azofeifa-Bacon, DVM, for a small animal veterinary clinic, located at 7091 Dexter-Ann Arbor Road (08-08-08-200-021). The subject site is zoned Dexter Crossing Planned Unit Development (PUD), with an underlying zoning of C-1 General Commercial District. A small animal clinic is a special land use in the C-1 zoning district.
Copies of the plans and application are available for public inspection by clicking HERE or at the City Offices, 8123 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Dexter, MI 48130; weekdays between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any questions regarding the special land use application should be directed to the Office of Community Development at 734-580-2233.
Interested parties are welcome to attend the public hearing and present their comments. Written comments regarding the proposed amendments should be submitted to the Office of Community Development at the address listed above or via email to email@example.com, and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2018.
