DEXTER CITY COUNCIL
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
NORTHERN UNITED BREWING COMPANY, LLC
The Dexter City Council will hold a public hearing Monday, April 10, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the Dexter Senior Center, 7720 Ann Arbor Street, Dexter, Michigan. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on an application for an Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificated filed by Northern United Brewing Company (NUBC), LLC, a beer manufacturer.
NUBC is proposing investments of $806,729 in real property improvements at its facility, located at 2319 Bishop Circle East. The exemption would apply to the taxable value of the real property at the above referenced facility located in Dexter, Michigan-for a period up to 2 years.
The application is on file and available for review at the City Office, 8123 Main Street, 2nd Floor of the PNC Bank Building, Dexter, Michigan, weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Written comments regarding this project should be submitted to the City Clerk, Justin Breyer at 8123 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Dexter, MI 48130 or firstname.lastname@example.org, and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2017.
