Community Engagement Workshop - 3045 Broad Redevelopment
Please join us for our Community Engagement Workshop 2.0 for 3045 Broad Street, on December 6th, from 6-8 pm. The Workshop will take place in the Cafeteria at Creekside Intermediate School (2615 Baker Road). This is the first in a series of collaborative design events between the City of Dexter and Norfolk Homes regarding the redevelopment of 3045 Broad Street (a/k/a the Old DAPCO site). The Norfolk Team has designed this workshop as a listening session and it will be organized and structured for maximum effectiveness. The Norfolk Team envisions dividing the meeting space into four (4) sections or stations, with each station having a specific issue or topic of discussion, such as, but not limited to: Parking/traffic; Relationship to Mill Creek Park/Downtown; Density; DTE sub-station/Environmental.
We look forward to your participation!
