Trick or Treat

October 31, 2017 (All day)

Trick or treat hours in the City will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. The Chamber of Commerce and local businesses will also be sponsoring a trick or treat opportunity in Monument Park on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 1 pm to 4 pm and at participating downtown businesses from 9 am to 4 pm.

The City of Dexter is updating its Master Plan, in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Enabling Act (Public Act 33 of 2008), as amended.  The Master Plan is a long-range statement of the City's general goals and policies, which aim to unify development of the City, complement the goals of adjacent communities, and strike a balance of orderly change, in a deliberate and controlled manner.  It is the basis upon which zoning and land use decisions are made. Public participation in this process in encouraged.

Farmers Market - Dress Up Your Dog for Halloween Contest

Public Accuracy Test/Election Equipment Open House

October 23, 2017 6:00 pm

Prior to each election, the City is required to hold a public accuracy test of the voting equipment. For the November 7, 2017 Election, all communities in Washtenaw County will be using new voting equipment. From the perspective of the voter, the equipment will be very similar. The main difference will be filling in a box instead of an oval on the ballot.

Farmers Market - Pumpkin Painting for Kids
