Target Market Analysis

The City of Dexter, in partnership with Chelsea, Saline and Ypsilanti received a $20,000 grant from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), to conduct a Target Market Analysis.  The Target Market Analysis (TMA) focuses on the potential for adding Missing Middle Housing (i.e. attached housing product) choices by measuring the residential market potential for rehabilitation of existing stock, conversions of existing buildings, and new-builds.

Retail Market Analysis

The Dexter DDA and Dexter City Council partnered with the Dexter Chamber of Commerce to commission a  retail market analysis and development plan that will serve to achieve the vision for retail development, as set forth in the Dexter Master Plan and Dexter Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Strategic Development and Tax Increment Financing Plan.
