City Management

The City Manager is appointed by the Council to be the chief administrative officer of the City. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the City, including personnel management, budgeting, and oversight of the various departments.

The Manager makes recommendations to Council for improvements to the City, and attends all council meetings with a right to participate but not vote.
